Vistara announces strategic partnership with Booking.com

New Delhi. Vistara, India’s fastest-growing full service carrier, November 8 announced its partnership with Booking.com, the global leader in booking accommodations online.

The partnership enables members of Club Vistara (CV) – India’s fastest rewarding frequent flyer program – to earn 2 CV points on every INR 100 spent on making accommodation bookings on Booking.com via Vistara’s hotel booking website, hotels.airvistara.com. Customers will now be able to book hotels at their favourite destinations and choose from more than a million properties across the world, while earning Club Vistara points.

Commenting on the partnership, Sanjiv Kapoor, Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer, Vistara, said, “We’re committed to delivering the best value to our all our Club Vistara customers for placing their trust in us. The partnership with Booking.com is in line with our objective of providing them with more opportunities to earn CV points through their travel and lifestyle activities with leading brands and service providers across segments.”

David Peller, Director of Strategic Partnerships – Asia Pacific, Booking.com said, “At Booking.com, it’s our passion to connect both business and leisure travellers with the world’s best accommodation options, whatever their budget or preferred accommodation type is. We’re thrilled to be able to provide Vistara’s customers with a massive selection of accommodations, from apartments, 5-star hotels, B&B’s, villas, hostels and more, while helping them earn CV points.”

The recently relaunched Club Vistara offers the fastest earn and redemption of points of any Indian airline loyalty program, and also provides the most generous elite tier privileges regardless of class of travel or fare paid. In a short span of less than two years, Vistara has expanded its network to 18 destinations with over 515 weekly flights and a fleet of 13 brand new A320 aircraft, further connecting India with multiple international destinations through its interline partners.
